(This is a dubious spoiler. But I figured, best beware.)Does anyone know why the Warlocks in Nighon suddenly will attack a villager, for no apparent reason? I have noticed that when I enter from TFM, if I head west to the mini-village (the three huts), the Warlock waits a few (game) minutes and then takes out one of the hireable NPCs. And sporadically in the main village area, various NPCs will get beaten down, but not always. I can't figure it out!
Probably you find yourself wondering, "Does Someone Random role-play around this?" Well, the answer is, "Of course I do." I pretend it is a murder-mystery and that I am a sleuth, but I am a disenfranchised sleuth, and quit my job as a P.I. prior to solving the mystery, deciding to become a cobbler instead. Then I go and buy every boot I can find, and head north to Avlee. I enter the Titans' Stronghold and put as many boots as possible into the entry-area chest, scattering the remaining boots about the spacious foyer. After this I burst into weeping, although I'm not sure why. Frankly, I don't want to talk about it. It isn't any of your business, anyway. Hmph.
