Smacker is used to play some of the longer videos. The rest are run by Bink. Mok's patch installed the most recent DLLs. These tools aren't being developed any more so there will be no further updates of them.There might be something you can do to your system to get it to work, but I've only vaque ideas of what you might try. Check out the settings under the Display tab of DxDiag. Disable the three 'DirectX Features' and then re-Enable them. Long shot.
After that you should check out any special performance settings of your graphics card. Look for an icon in your 'tray' -- the little depressed looking area att he right of your taskbar. Another long shot, but that's the best I've got.
