Enter Corlagon's Estate and turn right at the first T-junction. Go north from the room you find, and you eventually (I think there's an intervening room) end up turning left to go west along a corridor. Take the first turn right, through a room with trash heaps in it, and follow the corridor beyond. You will come to a room with a U-shaped walkway (no guard-rail) up above a large room. Half-way along the bottom of the U, stop, turn right,and look up. Way up in the wall is a lighted candle. Try using TK on it.
