... it just says "skill in water magic". There's nothing about any multiplying effect from going to master or GM, that's accounted for in the increased recharge maximum you get. But you could get an effective skill of 20 by raising your skill to 14 and wearing a ring of Water Magic. I can't remember now if the 7 League Boots stacks with a ring of Water Magic in this game like it does in MM6. If it does, all you need to do is get GM and wear both, and you're there. |
