Ok, so I found out that windows Xp likes to mess with the game and make it not work, and my mother sent me a link that told me what i needed to do to fix it. These were the instructions I got
1) run mm7setup to disable 3D sound.
2) start -> Run -> DXdiag under DX set sound acceleration to NONE.
3) make a shortcut to mm7.exe and set Compability mode to Win98\ME.
4) run the game through the shortcut< and enjoy this great game !
Ok, so I fixed the set-up thing, took me a bit but I also put the sound accelartion to none, and I already had a shortcut so I went into properties, compatibility, and set it for 98
I followed the directions... So.. when I clicked on the shortcut.. the game loads for a second.. stops.. and then I get an Error report that tells me that the game needs to close and would I like to send the report to microsoft.
So..uhm.. what else is wrong with this game now?
