SW writes: looking at their skills, the only reason to bring a monk along vs a thief would seem to me to be if he is a significantly better fighter. I can't say that I've noticed that to be the case, though I'm no expert...and of course you lose at least some disarming ability too. So, is the thief clearly superior here, or am I missing something with the Monk?
