To gain access to Light Magic, all the classes have to be fully promoted. Your cleric needs of be a Priest of Light (see Rebecca Devine), your sorcerer needs to be an Archmage (Thomas Grey), your paladin needs to be a Hero (Sir Charles Quixote), and your archer needs to be a Master Archer (Lawrence Mark).
