Hats off especially to you, Fander. I remember going to your MM1 website awhile back when I was playing it on my C64. Shall get back to it one day too!

You were correct about another party member being stronger, lol. My ninja actually has a might of 36, so I put her in second place with my knight (who seems to suck down all of the might barrels, much to the disdain of my paladin) and then I visited the Fountain of Strength, which was practically under my nose. We gulped down some and beaconed back to the entrance to the Central Control Centre.

Thankfully, they were strong enough now to boot down the walls. So I explored as much as I could, scoffing down the crimson liquid and using the databanks to obtain interesting information about the Ancients and Sheltem. However, I can't seem to find the entrance to the Main Control Sector!

In a niche, I found the Interspacial Transport Box, which is a nice handy device, if one knows the transport numbers to the maps it corresponds to. I guess I could use it until i stumble upon the right number, but I'm sure I'm missing something horribly simple and access to the Main Control Sector will be looking at me in the face.
