Bones writes: Evrything in the game is 2D up to the point where it chrashes for you. This seems to indicate that there is something wrong with your DirsctX or video drivers. Make sure you have the latest revision of DX for your version -- ie, 9.0c or 8.1. Video drivers can be tricky. Newer ones might be more stable, but older ones might work better on your system if you have old hardware.
