Went home with great an---ti---ci--pa--tion (Tribute to Rocky Horror Picture Show if you didn't know) to see if this would work at home. Had to uninstall all of the stuff I had tried previously and reinstall then follow the previous instructions. Well wonder of wonders - it worked at home also!!!!!!! For all of you giving up on ever playing MM VII again or considering buying an older PC (PII or PIII Windows 98 model) to play MM VII & MM VIII, don't dispair. It can be done on the XP. I know each system is a little different, but with the Microsoft Windows Application Compatibility Toolkit it can be done. Please check the previous post for the parameters used. Seems like I had to manually copy the CD Anims\Magic7.VID file to the MM7 Anims\ foulder and overlay the other Magic7.VID file also.
Now it on to see if this works on MM VIII.
