DaveO - at work writes: Just create a shortcut to the MM8.EXE file, and it bypasses the audio and video acceleration IIRC. I think there are the settings in the Registry, and I think a 0 disables the acceleration option(but I don't advise Registry edits unless you know what you're doing).
