Elf is now "older than dirt." Never thought I'd reach 85--both parents having gone at 81.

Funny, I don't feel like I'm that old. I still love computer games, working puzzles, cats, beer, risqué humor, Balvernie Scotch, witty people and the funny papers. (I do still like classical music and poetry, though--almost as much as classic rock (R.E.M., The Bee Gees, Simon & Garfunkel, Fleetwood Mac. . . .)
