Great Druid and Arch Druid (Spoiler) 05/14/2017, 01:32:08

In other words, can I seek for the promotion to Great Druid after I had been promoted to Arch Druid. I had once completed the Altar of the Moon quest before I went to the Circle of the Stone and then the Circle of the Stone quest did not work anymore.
