You might be pushed to maintain your restriction of clearing every single outdoor area just once before you finish, because IIRC, New Sorpigal and Dragonsand respawn every 6 months. You can avoid New Sorpigal after first clearing it, but it might be difficult to restrict your visits to Dragonsand, because the Tomb of Varn hold the Control Centre quest. You might also have trouble with Mire of the Damned. An early visit is essential if you want to do Snergle's quest and master the Axe skill, and also complete the "Place the Statuettes" quest you picked up in Blackshire, but you also need to get one of the memory Crystals from Castle Darkmoor, and that's a hairy place.
