Not player level, but stats 11/23/2013, 20:21:48

Peter2 writes: When you cast DoP, it casts all the protection spells at (skill level) x 4, so you visit the well that boosts your stats before you cast the spell. The Kriegspire well doesn't affect this, all it does is supply you with the better overall abilities that go with higher player levels.
