It seems like there is used some strange, maybe UTF-8 character, which our Times New Roman cannot cope with. (By the way --- what should be there instead? Light bulbs? Lights on the left are displayed properly, because they're probably in some kind of GIF, right?) So it's fair chance that it's an error on my side.
