Stacking "of xxx" with Artifacts/Relics

    Hey guys, long time! Took some months off but now back picking up where I left off in my first game of TCC.

    My memory's a little rusty & I'm wondering about wearing an item "of xxx" (Fire, Mind, Dark etc) with an Artifact/Relic that also boosts that skill (Morgan, Morganna, Ingraine etc). I know that wearing 2 "of xxx" won't stack & you will only get the higher bonus, but I remember somebody (Peter2?) being thye leading authority on telling people that these items *will* stack with the Artifacts?

    So, do you get both bonuses for Artifact/Relic & "of xxx"?
