Bones writes: M&M 7-9 came along and I never got around to updating the Guide. Go to our MM8 site (link below), choose the Analysis section and check out the article on the Attributes. There are links in there to a spreadsheet that will calculate and display Chance to Hit in MMM6-8. I've been told that Monsters use the same calculations. I don't know the formulas for inflicting conditions. There is also a link to a similar spreadsheet on Resistances in that article. IIRC, Eradication means that you can't be resurrected except at a temple.
