    You are looking for Lukta the Kruel. She is a mid-level boss and her tomb is in Freehaven where Ethric the Mad's Tomb used to be.

    That tomb is locked, so you must first go to her old house in Kat'an (Corlagan's Estate in the original game) and retrieve the key. It's in one of the chests there.

    After you have killed her and reported back to "ME", I'll give you the qyest for the Battle Rager promotion which takes place in Kastatutia (Bootleg Bay) in the old Temple of Tantsa, now the Lunatic Vault. After you have touched the Flame of Might there, reported back and I'll promote your warriors.

    Once you have gained the trust of all six of the Lords and Ladies of Nimradur. go back to the Seer and he will send you back to Lord Godwinson in Jorgaborg where he will give you two back to back quests:

    1. Retrieve the Inavasion Plance from the Head Boss on the Norse Outpost, formerly Agar's Lab. Once youhave taken these plans back to LG, he will give the second quest;

    2. Retrieve the "Call to Arms Flute" from the Head Boss in what was formerly the Dragon Rider's Caves.

    Once you complete the Flute quest, LG will open the second Promotion quests.
