This is most likely a problem with Vista but we have to try everything else to make sure....

    I'm not clear on where the install program is looking when it states it can not find those DLL files. It might be looking in the CAB file or it might be looking in the MM6 folder. Extracting them yourself will help if the problem is the latter. If it is the former then I'd suspect that the problem is with your Vista's CAB utility. You'll be able to get a later, presumably fixed version through Windows Update.
