There are two other issues you should be aware of:

1. If you are using the consolidated files that BDJ put up before he left for the States, there is a problem with the Part 1 Audio,snd file. It has the original MM6 voices in it so the Villans and Scallywags (amounf others) speak with feminin voices. I sent Khilara a good file and he uploaded it to mediafire. Check his post a few posts down from this one.

2. The endgame movie is a problem because it crashes on some systems and works on others. Neither BDJ nor Maestro (the author know why this or how to fix it so if you merge the ending exe file into your ANIMS2 file, you should backup your ANIMS2 file before the merge. Then, just before you cast the Corrupted Chalice into the Sacred Flame, save your game. If you get the crash instead of the movie just exit the game and replace the merged ANIMS2 file with the backup copy and reload your savegame. You will see the original MM6 cutscene instead of the really nice TCC ending movie that Masetra made, however.
