The quickest and simplest is to nuke (i.e. Armageddon) a populated area. I would suggest New Sorpigal, because that is the one that respawns most quickly. If you don't like doing that, find an isolated peasant (there are a couple on the south coast of New Sorpigal) and repeatedly kill and Reanimate one of them. This is slower, but it does no material damage to the area. Another way is to get damaged, and heal yourself at the Curator in Castle Kriegspire, but this will cost you a substantial amount of money - 15K IIRC. But getting down to a Notorious rep is never impossible.
