Yhere is ONE tavern, bank, training hall, temple, and NO stable in Elisuia (Mist)

There are THREE Taverns, one bank, one stable, one training hall, and one Temple in Demonclaw (Whitecap)- the ones in Jorgasburg are not available until after you have completed Lord Godwinson's first quest.
