1. Sell the bones that you find in Bootleg Bay, and Longfang Witherhide's lair (and somewhere else I can't remember off-hand) to the guy in Rockham village (just west of Free Haven town).

2. In the Superior Temple of Baa (Kriegspire), touch the 4 small Baa heads and then touch the big one. (but if you've already done this, I don't know if it works again the second time.)

3. If you haven't already done it, do the "Fix the stable prices" quest for Loretta Fleise.

4. Get yourself healed by the curator in Kriegspire Castle (and don't go looking for a person, the curator is a carved head on one of the walls ).

5. If you've really run out of options, get the "Reanimate" spell, find an isolated peasant (there are two on the south coast of New Sorpigal) and repeatedly kill and Reanimate her. It's not ideal, but it's better than Armageddoning a whole town. She does not become hostile when you do this. Another possibility is to kill the peasants in the Temple of the Snake (Blackshire) - those guys don't contribute, so they are no use to anyone and very little ornament.

There are others, but those are the main ones that I can bring to mind. Do them one after another as quickly as you can, because your rep will move back toward average as time passes.
