Yes, my first copy of MM3 was a pirated version.

However, we cannot say that out loud here, so I`m just quickly gonna add that because of that pirated version that was made available to me back in, uh 1992?, I`ve since legitimately bought the following products that I might otherwise not have found the interest for:

    - The Ultimate MM Archives (MMs 1-5 + SoX).
    - MM Millennium Edition (MMs 4-7).
    - MM6 Classic Collection.
    - MM7 Original Scandinavian release.
    - MM7 from Sold Out Software (3 copies).
    - MM8 Original Scandinavian release.
    - MM8 from Sold Out Software (3 copies).
    - MM9 Original Scandinavian release (2 copies)
    - MM9 from Sold Out Software ( 2 copies).

    - HOMMs 1-5 i various versions and collections.

Now back to the question in question...

I know that I had trouble accessing all the mountains in the Isle of Fire, but as far as I can remember I accomplished it by finding a few spots to "get up" and then Etherealizing from there on. On quite a few occations in my explorations of the MM Universe I`ve found that you can pass certain barriers by walking backwards, though I don`t think this works here.

I`m not sure I still have that old pirated version, but I do have a lot of savegames so I will check out if I can access the mountains in my legitimate Ultimate MM Archives version of MM3.

I hope my bootdisks still work, heh!
