Well, first of all, I apologize for not using proper, correct, and perfect grammar, sentence structure, spelling, and etiquette in writing my opinion, as it was not meant to be any type of professional document. Perhaps next time I'll type it all up in Microsoft Word and hire a professional publisher to double check everything for me. Second of all, Lord Godwinson, I do not recall "running" here or "crying" as I was typing my thoughts. In addition, nothing I said was meant to give the impression that I knew that the game I bought was pirated. There were pictures of it being wrapped in a brand new case(on the bid page of the item). Box Included. When I received it, it was on a Memorex brand CD-R (2 Disks). This was 5 or 6 years ago by the way. And as to Peter2 about emailing a picture of the disk to Bones, a picture of the disk and box, and even manual, can be obtained via a simple search on Google, Yahoo, or MSN for Might and Magic 6. Ebay also has many pictures just like that. I really do not see the validity of doing such a task as sending him a picture when a picture can easily be found around the net (Internet I mean, you know, proper grammar and all..), and then emailed to him. And as to the 10 Euro joke, I heard it in class the other day. I really don't have a problem with your policies of not freely supplying the information, it is not my place to tell you my idea of you doing wrong. I have been visiting the tavern for a few years now, and when I first starting coming here, I was in the predicament of when I first bought the game, I kept it in a closet for several months before I played it. I opened it, installed it, and threw the box and manual away in a move several months later. Since then I ofcourse I know how to fly. On another note, I am not an attorney or an expert in "intellectual property" rights, nor am I savy to the events that took place prior to 3DO's (and subsequently NWC's) demise (all I know is that it was Chapter 11 bankruptcy). I am not stating facts when I say "Jon Van Canegham" does not receive royalties anymore, I'm merely pointing out the fact that this game was released a decade or so ago, and that it can't be obtained through a store or from it's original creator anymore. One last thing to Lord Godwinson, "I hope US law might learn better of Zoltan and him giving away intellectual property belonging to Ubisoft on his page." - As I said earlier, I am not savy with computer laws, but how is a keymapping instruction from a game that is not being made by a company anymore considered intellectual property? Was there a section in that read-me that said "Our Fly keymapping for the Fly Spell Obtained only by a player with the Air Magic ability is SPECIFICALLY copyrighted and may not be used." ??? Do you even speak English in structured sentences Lord Godwinson? This has obviously caused far too much frustration for the people who have been running this forum or "tavern" for many years now, but I did not mean for this to happen, I was only trying to apply my opinion to what I believe is a misjustice to a great game. So, tell me what happens when Amazon stops selling the game, as well as any other online vendor?? In 10 years if this site is still up, a person downloads an illegal copy of the game via torrent or something else, and says , "HI! I've been trying to find this game forever! I finally got it, but I couldn't find it anywhere that actually sold the game, so I downloaded it. I'm totally stoked to be playing it again though!! Does any one know how to fly?". Will you be sympthatetic for a die-hard Might and Magic fan, or do you tell him to leave until he buys a copy of the game??
