Who said I was defending "on-line sell"?

All I said was that Amazon is selling the game legitimately - which I believe is true. For one thing, they'd be a sitting target for a civil lawsuit if they broke copyright law on that one. I can't find anything else in my post that could be construed as defending on-line selling.

I know nothing about US law, but I believe that the general principle in the UK is that once an article has been purchased, the purchaser may dispose of it in any way he wishes, including re-selling it. TTBOMK, the copyright holder is not entitled to receive royalties from this second sale, although there may be special cases as exceptions.

There are certain other restrictions on how you dispose of items in the UK - for example, you must dispose of an old refrigerator in a way that protects the environment - but these do not affect the basic principle.
