I have been wondering about the spambots here... how does it help them to start up random threads. I can understand it if the spammers include a link to, for example, a fake pharmacy site, but what is the point of setting up a random (n/t) thread with nothing in it?A required email address and registration might help, but then again there are some sites that have that and have 100 times the amount of spam as TELP. It would also turn away some new users if they had to answer an email notification to register.
Keep up the good work, though, moderators. I never see spammer messages around for more than a day. Hopefully there will be some way to stop them
