I'm sorry for making a separate post for my problem ,when there is the same post. It's because THAT post is way back and long forgotten - or so it seems to be - and though I had described my problem there, it seems that I'll never get the answer.
So, after such a "short" intro, here's my problem.
While trying to play M&M6 from the Millenium Edition, despite using compatibility mode I can't get the game running. All that I get is an error, which reads: mss32.dll error 2 - the system cannot find the file specified. Or something like that. I've tried everything: disabling the compatibility altogether, re-installing the game, replacing the damn dll with the same one, but gotten from other sources - to no avail. Can anybody help me here?
