Can't change controls?

    It seems I can only use the already inserted controls. Example, I can change use X for any action but can't use E, which isn't set to any defualt, for any action. Weird but its all good.

    Another question, I've having random blackouts. Has this been addressed? Should I run in a different compatibility mode or reduce graphics? I have a high operation machine so just wodnering.
