Healer Promotion Quest.

    Ok so I picked up the healer promotion quest, chose whom I wished to become a healer, grabbed the lock of hair and went to the apothecary. This is where I am having trouble. I got the dialog option to have him make the cure but I never received it. And I can go back and get a new lock of hair but as soon as I talk to him I lose the hair and no longer get the correct dialog option. Talking to the nutty guy does nothing nor does talking to the person who gave me the quest. Please tell me I do not have to start over...

    I'm not 60% sure about this, but I think this is the quest where you have to wait for some time while the apothecary makes the potion. Try resting for 5 minutes (or maybe it was 1 hour) and then go back and talk to him.

    If this doesn't work, I hope somebody else has a better memory.

Whenever a game character says you have to come back in an hour (say), it means 5 or 10 mins.
