So there is no way to play mm9 on Windows 7?

    We had this sort of problem with WinXP. Prior to Mok writing his patches for MM6-8, all sorts of things were tried, and different solutions worked for different people. And there was a tiny minority for whom Mok's patches didn't work either. There probably is a way to get the thing to play, but I'm darned if I know what it might be. Asking Bones is probably your best bet.

Run it in low resolution in 256 colors

mm9 freezes

    This works for me every time: As the program freezes, press the window key (on my keyboard, it's to the left of left alt key). This will take to desktop with a mm9 icon on he bottom. Click on that and the program resumes as if it had not frozen. Enjoy
