can't get into dook castle

    for some reason last 2 times I have loaded game, When I go to dook castle, I can't get a dialogue box to come up to get in.
    Same thing for Temple (I did get in the one time). I am stuck now and very frustrated with this game! P.S. 1st time I did this I went on and went through training but didn't get credit when I left.

    Was this a promotion quest? If so, could this problem be related to not having a character selected for the quest?

    I will try and delete the minisave and see if that works. I was just doing the quest to get rid of the dook and I stopped in the Temple on the way there and killed the duck and 2 people chasing it. Maybe by doing that out of order messed it up or what I just realized is that I have used the quicksave more than normal and maybe that is not a good thing. I did load patch mm910-12 and mm913 before I started.

How about erasing the mini-save for this map?
