Alliance bug?

    Oldtymer writes:

    The jarls have all agreed to join the alliance, now war has broken out.
    Kira has agreed to write a peace treaty, and it was supposed to be picked up 1 day later.
    Problem is, whenever I go back, there's no treaty to be had.
    Neither of the jarls mention it further as well.

    Is this a bug, or what am I doing wrong?

    I was thinking maybe it had counted this finished when Kira agreed to write the treaty, but I can;t seem to get the alliance to move forward - no council meeting without it, it appears.
    Ideas?

    I've stayed in the inn, wandered around town, but nada - no messenger, no nothing. I come back a day later, 2 days, etc, no treaty. I'm starting to think she's got the hots for a different jarl and wants those two to duke it out so they can split their kingdoms!
