Can't get 1000 terrors quest

    I deleted all the minisaves from hall of the gods, and then when that didn't work, i deleted all of the aslegard ones, but the quest dialogue remained the same as if i'd completed them.

    Am right on the verge of deleting the game and turning the cd into an attractive ashtray.

    Can anyone help?

The problem, IIRC, is that Frosgard messenger....

    Make a copy of your RUDE.REZ first.
    This copy of RUDE.REZ can be used to continue with the game if you miss the messenger after Temur Leng joins your party. Place this file in the MM9/DATA directory and then go see Krohn. He will assume that you have met with the messenger and he will send you on to the next part of the game.After you are sent on restore your origional Rude.rez file
