Telp's 1.3 patch and ubisoft re-release

I worked over this with a few people, and it appears as though Ubi has released more than one version....

    One version is identical to 3DO's, but the other contains some different versions of three data files -- three of the six files we patch. I don't know how extensive the differences are, but from the dates they appear to have come from NWC and not the result of Ubisoft tinkering.

    Regardless, our 1.3a patch won't work with the second version -- and I really should add a note about that on our patches page.

    First, verify that you're running the 1.2 version of 'mm9.exe' -- 1,412Kb, 03/20/2002. Now move to the 'data' folder and look at ART.REZ. The 3DO version is 74,972Kb, 03/19/2002.

    One of Ubi's releases is version 1.0. I'm don't know whether or not the 1.2 patch will work on it, but I'd like to.

    Unfortunately,I cannot confirm this because I already deinstalled my new Ubisoft version due to regular freezes and reinstalled my old 3do version.But as far as I could check it,both the 1.2 and telp's 1.3 patches were installed correctly on the ubisoft version.
