Windows 10. I have the game running and can start a new game. The problem is that my mouse cursor hits an invisible barrier about 2/3 to the right and down.

For example, in the video options screen I can't click 'apply' because my mouse won't go that far.

This is the first I have seen a problem like this. The game is running in 800x600. I have turned scaling on and off. I even changed the resolution of the monitor outside of the game.

I tried playing in windowed mode but the resolution is all messed up and it flickers and crashes.
