You see, I don't have installed ubisoft version. I uninstalled it, and then intalled GOG version. I never patched anything, but when I enter game there is number 1.3 . So, I guess it's patched default. I did nothing but installing GOG version.

Thank you for trying to help me so much. But this seems like problem that can't be solved.
