It doesn't happen during battle, but upon its completion. I don't think there even are monsters in the game that can cause both weakness and feeblemindedness, let alone infallably to the entire party at once. To deal with magical feeblemindedness, our Mercenary has Clear Mind, and our Druid has Dispel Magic.
