Plays relatively wonderfully on Windows 7 (Don't have to alt tab out of program and reenter to have new map successfully load). And they list their version as 1.3. Maybe a tip of the hat to TELP? (They seem to have used all their fixes ...). They also have 6, 7, &8 available, all modern OS friendly. Quite cheap as well.
