The ones which I have valued most have been Rings of Amelioration (doubles recovery rate of hits points and spell points), and I think in all my MM9 games, I have made 2 or 3 of them. I once (and only once) got a +25 bonus on something - I can't remember what - but normally enchanting something is only good for increasing its value before you sell it. It you want to actually use an item and so want a really good enchantment, you'll probably be enchanting and re-enchanting it until you fall over your beard.
