It's in part of the description of Fre's Smooth Mace. Also, does anyone know if the artefact belt "Hubris" is bugged? It's supposed to be "of arms mastery" and to give you an increased chance to hit (among its other properties), but I tried it on all my characters and those abilities were not changed according to the top two tabs in the character screen. |
