1. Talk to Forad Darre about the locked door. 2. Return to Yrsa to get the key. 3. Just east and a little south of the Verhoffin Ruins, you will find the door that the key fits. Open it and use the book on the pedestal to reopen the shipping lanes. You can then catch a boat to Sturmford.
