Looking at old messages here I see 3 different problems it supposedly might fix, but it also has issues that mean it's not recommended for everyone. And it may or may not be needed only for Vista (I have XP SP3 with however much of 4G memory that it actually uses).

So I'm thoroughly confused over what specific problems it fixes and whether I want it.
