the final battles in Darksun: The Shattered Lands and Pools of Darkness were epic. In the latter, the giant spiders that wwere spellcaster and could cast delayed blast fireball were awesome not to mention the bodd monster there (I forget his name, who could chop off a character's head with his vorpal sword with uncanny accuracy. In that battle you were warned that even the developers thought that it was nearly impossible to win. Not to mention the post-game battle whci was even harder. |
