Some of my stuff is confidential, and there's no way I want it anywhere out my my control. If information is out in cyberspace somewhere, sooner or later, somebody will find a way to get at it. Some of the hackers at least will view the security round the information cloud as a challenge, and sooner or later someone will crack it. How many times have we seen stories about security breaches on the news? And I'll bet my boots that there are loads of cases that never made the news, because either they weren't big enough or the breach was kept quiet.
