...NWC's version was leaked to the LoMM community. You might be able to get a copy from them -- if they still exist. NWC made some changes to the basic LT2 model editor -- added a few properties -- but the NOLF version should work just as well in nearly all cases. Ignore the errors. I've been able to import NOLF models into MM9.
