i didn't mention it, but i am using TELP's 1.3a patch, and the Frosgard error did occur. i was able to fix it with minisave deletions, but i read somewhere else that this bug is "hard to test for & if it happens post patch please let us know" so there you go... it can happen in 1.3a lucky me!
