When you take a quest for a promotion, you MUST indicate which characters you're going to promote. This is how this game was designed. If you have a Lich, that means that you have already completed the Scholar promo before that. There's no way you can do that again. Same with Healer promo -- which you also did before because you have a Druid. Next time, plan your party carefully and decide right from the start who is going to advance into which class, and nominate them accordingly when taking the promo quest.
