Among the files in the MM9 File Library, I can see: MM9_1.0to1.2.exe (upgrades v1.0 to v1.2), TELP13.zip (upgrades v1.2 to v1.3), and TELP13to13a.zip (when unzipped will upgrade v1.3 to v1.3a). There are also two explanatory htm files. Use whatever file(s) suits the version of MM9 you've got loaded. Is it that you can't see them, or that they don't work?
